Chocolate City

I believe in eating a little bit of chocolate every day...it keeps sanity within view as I drift through life on a sea of crazy...so I think Mayor Nagin has a chocolate deficiency which has resulted in his insane ramblings. Somebody send that man a Kiss 'cause we can kiss the money to rebuild NO good-bye!
