Relationships

The big trend in our company right now is building relationships. Networking is all about relationships, and with the flourishing of the internet, the world has become a much smaller place. But relationships don't just exist between people. It's also how we relate to food and money (among other things).

Our relationship with food plays a huge factor in our physical health, and our relationship with money is a key factor in our financial health. It all goes back to one's childhood. The relationship you developed with food while you were growing up determines whether you use food for comfort now, or if you eat because you're hungry and stop when you're full. The relationship you developed with money while you were a developing child in part determines whether you live in an indebted state (hello Visa, hello Mastercard, hello American Express...and the minimum monthly payment you go), or whether you make your purchases carefully, knowing that your net worth equals your self worth.

Finally, it's your relationships with people that determine what your life is worth, because people may forget what you said, forgive what you did, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
